NBSSI/Mastercard Foundation Young Africa Works offers you the opportunity to join its network of Business Development Service (BDS) Providers and Skilled Crafts People (SCP) in implementing a 3-year Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Programme in Ghana from 2020 to 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Service Providers

SKILLED CRAFTS PEOPLE

• Business Operating Permit (registration with District Assembly)
• Physical business location
• Be able to provide the equipment and tools needed for apprentice’s training
• 5 years of experience as a skilled craftsperson

BDS/TRAINING SPECIALISTS

• 3 years’ experience in a specific area of specialization
• Proven track record in successfully facilitating start-ups or accelerating MSMEs
• Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and women to succeed
